At Wellspring Integrative Health & Acupuncture, Dr. James Fialk, ND, L.Ac. serves as an acupuncturist and integrative naturopathic doctor for all ages. He provides wholistic personalized care for a wide variety of health concerns from wellness and disease prevention to chronic disease management.

Dr. Fialk is a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) and licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac). He earned his doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) where he graduated with honors and completed a nationally accredited post-graduate naturopathic residency program in integrative primary care.

 

While at NCNM, Dr. Fialk became fascinated with acupuncture, Chinese herbalism and the principles of Chinese medicine. Upon relocating to California, He decided to pursue his interest in Chinese medicine to further expand his healing perspective and spectrum of care. He earned a doctorate in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (DACM) from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) at CIIS in San Francisco and became a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac). During his clinical acupuncture training, he took special interest in orthopedics/sports medicine, integrative oncology and pain management in addition to general internal medicine.

 

Dr. Fialk has been providing integrative health care for over 10 years. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Fialk has served as adjunct faculty at American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) at California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and as an integrative health consultant at Santa Rosa Community Health Centers. 

 

Dr. Fialk is a life long ice hockey enthusiast and currently plays in the adult hockey league in Santa Rosa. He also enjoys to mountain bike, snowboard, golf, and go on outdoor adventures with his wife and two sons.
